Customers may request an exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving their order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

2. Eligible Exchange Cases

Exchanges will be accepted only if:

• The customer receives a damaged product.

• The customer receives a defective product.

• The wrong item is delivered.

• The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

3. Non-Eligible Exchange Cases

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Products returned after the 3-day exchange period.

• Used, worn, or altered products.

4. Exchange Request Process

• Brief description of the problem

Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information before approving the exchange.

5. No Refund Policy

Belief Enterprises does not offer refunds for any products once an order has been successfully delivered.

Approved cases will be eligible for product exchange or replacement only, subject to stock availability.

6. Exchange Shipping

• If the exchange request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Belief Enterprises will arrange or guide the return process.

• Customers may be required to follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

• Exchange shipments are subject to product availability.

7. Final Decision

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Belief Enterprises. The final decision regarding any exchange request shall remain solely with Belief Enterprises.
